This session is for gymnasts who do not have a specific fear of a skill, but lack confidence in themselves and their gymnastics overall. This may be impacting their gymnastics at practice or competitions. Gymnasts will leave this session with strategies to help them feel good about their skills and perform to the best of their abilities (like creating a pre-performance routine or changing self-talk)!
Kylee Ault is our mental performance coach with her master’s degree in sport psychology, and is working on her PhD in sport psychology. She is also a former gymnast!
